FAQ · TICARMELO

What you need to know.

From your first demo to the delivery of your solution. Clear answers to help you take the next step.

Choose your solution

Understand the options before deciding.

What does TICARMELO do?

We create software and web systems for businesses. Choose a catalogue solution or request custom development. Each project combines functionality, design and an experience shaped around the people who will use it.

Can I try a solution before purchasing?

Yes, when a demo is available. Open the solution page and choose “View demo”. Depending on its access settings, you may need to sign in or use an invitation. The demo lets you evaluate the experience; your proposal specifies the final scope.

How does a catalogue solution differ from custom development?

A catalogue solution starts with the features and commercial formats already presented. A custom project starts with what your business needs to solve: we define its scope, terms and a specific proposal together. Existing clients can request this through Services in their client area.

Do I receive the source code? Can I have exclusivity?

That depends on the agreed format. Usage licences do not include source code. Exclusivity grants exclusive use within an agreed scope; it does not itself transfer intellectual property. An intellectual-property transfer includes the rights, code and materials expressly listed in the contract. Each solution displays its available formats.

From project to agreement

A clear process with written terms.

How do I purchase a solution?

Choose a solution and format, or tell us about your project. We review the request and share a proposal. The contract is then formalised, agreed payments are addressed, and the project moves towards implementation and delivery. Your client area shows the documents and next step for each order.

How are pricing and payment terms determined?

Pricing depends on the solution, format and scope. Your proposal identifies the total amount, currency, any agreed instalments and recurring charges separately. It also lists the payment methods available for that order. Creating an account, viewing a demo or submitting a request does not trigger a charge.

When does a SaaS subscription start?

Recurring billing starts from the recorded production launch under your agreement. The period and included services are specified in the proposal. Any agreed implementation fee or paid project demo is identified separately from the subscription.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, integrations, required materials and agreed reviews. Project milestones and dependencies are defined before proceeding. We do not apply one deadline to solutions that require different work.

Your account and service

What happens during and after delivery.

What can I manage in my client area?

Your requests, proposals, contracts, payments, updates and shared solutions, as applicable to each order. The journey shows what you can do and what follows. If you receive an invitation to link previous work, use the email address it was sent to.

Are domain, hosting and support included?

Your service proposal specifies this. It explains what will be delivered, who manages the domain or hosting, and the agreed support or maintenance. Different formats may include different services and durations.

Can I request changes or expand my system later?

Yes. Raise them through support for your order. We review the scope and, when new terms are needed, prepare the corresponding extension or amendment. Previously agreed documents retain their versions.

Do you work with clients in other countries?

You can contact us from another country. Together we review feasibility, working language, currency and the terms relevant to your project. A demo being available does not mean that every format can be contracted in every territory.
